From day one you train on real job sites while working alongside and under the supervision of the most experienced tradesmen in the business, learning each certified system hands-on under people who have installed them for decades. You come up the right way, mentored by the best, earning while you learn skills that would cost thousands at a trade school.

STARTING FROM ZERO
No experience? Good. If you want a real career and you are willing to learn, we teach you everything from day one. It is hard work, but the people who prove themselves move up fast and earn well. Most of our best crew started right here with no background in the trade.
ALREADY IN THE TRADE
Experienced in flooring, concrete, epoxy, or restoration? Bring your skills to the crew doing the biggest work in South Florida. Skilled hands start higher in the range and move up fast.
VETERANS
If you served, you already know discipline, teamwork, and showing up when it is hard. That is most of the job. We will teach you the rest, and we would be glad to have you.

PAID TRAINING
Earn from day one. Full in-house training on every system we install.
REAL CERTIFICATIONS
Grow into manufacturer certifications with Sika, Tremco, GACO, PSI, and Sherwin-Williams. Kong pays for the training.

WHAT THE JOB TAKES
This is real, physical work, and we are upfront about it. Here is what you will need to succeed on our crews:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to get to job sites across South Florida
- The ability to lift around 50 pounds and stay on your feet
- Comfort working in heat, dust, and real job-site conditions
- Flexibility for the occasional early start, long day, or weekend when a job calls for it
- A good attitude and the drive to show up and learn

WHAT TO EXPECT
Entry-level positions start at $17 to $20 per hour, based on the role and your experience.
Your first 3 months are a probationary period where you learn the work and we get to know each other.
After that, we sit down, look at how it is going, and talk about your raise and your path forward.
Do good work, stay reliable, keep learning, and you will grow here. We move up the people who prove it.
OPEN POSITIONS
We are growing and hiring across South Florida. Every role includes paid in-house training.
RESTORATION HELPER / LABORER
Entry level. Assist our crews on concrete prep, epoxy, waterproofing, and restoration jobs across South Florida. No experience needed. Full training provided. And other duties as assigned.
APPLY FOR THIS ROLEEPOXY AND COATINGS INSTALLER
Learn or bring hands-on skills in surface prep, epoxy and coating systems, broadcast systems, and finish work. Trainees start at the helper level and grow into the role. Skilled installers start higher in the range. And other duties as assigned.
APPLY FOR THIS ROLESURFACE PREP TECHNICIAN
Run grinders, shot blasters, and prep equipment to get concrete ready for coatings and polish. The foundation every great floor is built on. We train you on the equipment. And other duties as assigned.
APPLY FOR THIS ROLECONCRETE POLISHING TECHNICIAN
Learn to bring concrete and terrazzo to a high, durable finish for commercial and luxury spaces. Hands-on work with real craft to it. Training provided. And other duties as assigned.
